Ugly Stuff

finally came across some dvds... well just to make up for those 3 weeks of missing good movies during hell week and finals week.

i just finished watching Hostel directed by Quentin Tarantino.



big dissapointment. i honestly do enjoy morbid gory movies... but not primarily because they are gory... like Saw for instance has a really nice plot and twist (seriously, movie twist level same as the Others or Basic). Saw 2 by the way is nice as well but you'll only appreciate it if youve seen part one. anyway hostel in my opinion was terrible, pretty much rubbish. its storyline is like a non comedy version of Euro Trip. as for the violence and gore which there is alot of, will come out after you're bored to bits with the first part of the movie. thats pretty much it. a boring storyline with lots of blood and gore with no twist (or a really dull one for that matter).
